The hotel's location is great - right in the heart of the Medina but down a quiet little alley that's easy to get to. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Some guests have reported difficulties with the transfer service, as the luggage carts used for transportation may have an unpleasant odor.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, right in the center of the Medina, was perfect. It was just a short distance from the main square, making it easy to explore the area. The staff at this place were incredibly helpful and friendly. Upon arrival, they greeted me with Moroccan tea and biscuits, and provided me with valuable information about the city and its services. They even recommended a fabulous restaurant for a special occasion, and it did not disappoint. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area, air conditioning, and an in-room safe. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch. The hotel also had a lovely patio where I could relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The breakfast served here was simple but healthy, with a variety of fresh fruit, yogurt, and fresh juice. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic stay, really good riad! Warm and friendly staff, excellent food, tranquil atmosphere. Great location near the Medina center. Authentic Moroccan experience with good amenities like jacuzzi and spa.
